Our Story
Munchkins & Minis by Stephanie Jensen was founded with a simple goal: to give children magical, hands-on experiences with ponies that build confidence and joy.
Children’s Party Service
We create magical birthday parties for kids with pony-themed fun, including interactive grooming, games, and activities either at our facility or brought right to your home.
Pony Ride Service
During birthday parties hosted at our facility, children enjoy safe, guided pony rides with our gentle ponies in a charming, kid-friendly setting.
Horse Rental Service
We offer horse and pony rentals for special events, photo shoots, or private gatherings—bringing a touch of rustic charm and unforgettable memories to your occasion.

Meet The Owner
Stephanie Jensen
Stephanie Jensen brings a lifetime of passion, skill, and experience to Munchkins & Minis. A natural horsewoman from the age of two, Stephanie’s journey began riding her family’s backyard pony and grew into an internationally recognized dressage career.
As a certified Level 2 Dressage Coach, Grand Prix competitor, and Equine Assisted Learning facilitator, she blends technical excellence with a deep love for developing young riders.
Her extensive career includes representing Canada at the North American Young Riders Championships, competing internationally, and running a successful equestrian business focused on training, coaching, breeding, and community education.
But it’s her warm, down-to-earth approach with children and families that truly sets her apart.
Munchkins & Minis was created to give young children a safe, fun, and magical way to connect with ponies—while building confidence, responsibility, and joy.
Stephanie’s deep knowledge of horse care, paired with her hands-on, family-first philosophy, makes every party, program, and pony ride memorable and meaningful.
Now raising her own family on the Jensen farm in Blackstock, Ontario, Stephanie has built Munchkins & Minis into a place where kids can laugh, learn, and grow—on and off the saddle.
